People are Talking....About Scottsdale Realtor® Echo Farrell
Selection of a Realtor is paramount under the current market conditions. Your professionalism and organizational support was key to our success. We appreciate your attention to detail and communication skills which made this long distance transaction possible. Thanks to you and your staff. —The Hatmans We wanted to look at properties within a specific price range (albeit a rather wide range), in a variety of neighborhoods in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. We weren't sure we were going to buy on this trip; we had originally intended it to be a fact-finding mission in anticipation of a future purchase. Echo listened very carefully to what we said, and showed us a number of properties -- including the one that we bought! Our objectives, in this regard, were more than met, they were exceeded. Working with Echo and DeAnna was terrific, and the mortgage and title people she recommended were also great. Coming from Canada where mortgages and the purchase process is a bit different, we had to ask a lot of questions! She was knowledgeable and patient and took the time to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We would highly recommend Echo and in fact, we already have! I also keep a stack of her business cards nearby just in case. —The Day's, Canada We wanted to purchase a second home at a reasonable affordable price and set our sights on Arizona. It was wonderful working with Echo! I felt completely safe in her hands. She knows the areas so well which allows her to assist her clients in making the best decision to their new location in Arizona. Echo, what can I say that hundreds of others have already said. You are wonderful and it was such fun working with you! When we finally make our final move to Arizona, there is no doubt who I will contact. —L. Adamus [Note from Echo: I have some very funny clients...] Thanks for caring enough to ask for feedback on our home buying experience with you. First, you wanted to know if my objectives were met. Let's just start there. I have no objectives. Renee does. She would like a home in Casse Del Ciello, that is immaculate without any teenagers for 1,760 yards. I like where we are. However, I am not the decision maker (the words "OBEY your husband" are not in our marriage vows). So what's the objective of this missive? It's to tell you that your web site is SUPER! Most other web sites want your name, your wife's maiden name, the name of the dog and if you've had any speeding tickets in the last 5 years, BEFORE they give you any information. In all seriousness, the entire experience was quite positive and expensive, for which we received good value. I think you should increase your commission. —The Hansum's We recently purchased a lovely home here in Scottsdale with the help, dedication and professionalism of our Realtor® Echo Farrell, with Keller Williams Realty. Echo worked hard to find our dream home and smoothly coordinated the countless details that went into purchasing our home. Since we located from out-of-state, Echo’s knowledge of the area and warm hospitality were an added plus (she’s lived in the Valley for 20 years and previously worked for the Phoenix/Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, so she really knows how to make us newcomers feel welcome). Echo didn’t just find us a house; she helped find a community and a home that truly suits our lifestyle. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in our neighborhood we would highly recommend our Realtor®, Echo Farrell. —The Ciarleglio's To Whom It May Concern: I would like state my reasons for recommending Echo Farrell as a Realtor® to find the property that is right for you! I relocated from New Hampshire (NH) in January of 2005. I got an opportunity for a new job at more money in a place I wanted to live. My problem was to find a place to set up my home-office quickly. The thought of moving cross-country into another apartment and then moving again into a permanent residence was not particularly appealing. I happened to find Echo’s website on the Internet while looking for homes from NH. I sent her an email explaining my situation and the type of home I was looking for. She was one of the few who responded promptly. Well, I had planned a trip out and she was willing to schedule time to show me properties. Needless to say the market was very hot in the valley (even though it was winter). We looked at several and she found one that was a beauty. We were the first ones at the open house and I immediately put a bid in over the asking price. The listing Realtor® said she had to wait until the end of the open house to submit bids to the owner. Well I was on a plane back to New Hampshire and missed the opportunity to bid up and I found out the next day that the condo I had wanted was bid up significantly on the second round (while I was in the air) and the owner had accepted an offer significantly over asking price. Needless to say, I was discouraged. My moving date was approaching and I had no place to live yet. Well I had scheduled a second trip and Echo had a few places lined up for me to see. I knew the area I wanted to be in because I had vacationed in the area for several years. But hotels are not homes. There were two townhouses that met my criteria and I was leaning toward the one closer to the greenbelt. I definitely felt that Echo was encouraging me to purchase a property that was larger and more expensive. I blindly signed a bunch of paperwork that would allow her to set up the purchase of either residence. Sometimes even engineering types have to go on faith. Well I went with Echo’s recommendation. She said I would be happier in the more expensive unit because of the privacy and the location. I was feeling uncomfortable about needing to decide while in NH but I had to act. Either buy or choose to rent for a while and move a second time. I decided to trust instincts and go with Echo’s recommendation. Well six months later I must say that Echo was right. The location is perfect. I could not ask for a better place to live. The townhouse is the right size. I work out of my home and it is big enough so that I do not feel “closed in” but still affordable and appropriate. So when Echo says “My #1 priority is helping you buy or sell your dream home.”, it is absolutely. One very satisfied client, —H. Stone Thank you for your attention and responsiveness! Your remote buyer. —C. Candia Because of my husband's job situation, we had to find a house fast! In just one day we saw a number of homes that met our criteria and made an offer on a home that very same day. By that evening our offer was accepted and we returned home to CA with the happy knowledge we were the proud owners of a beautiful home in Scottsdale. The ease and efficiency of working with Echo speaks volumes for her skills as a Realtor. We highly recommend her! —The Rao's |
